Basically, tasks are things you need to get done. Tasks go into queues. You can have as many queues as you want. You will have one queue by signing up, it will have the same name as your login (click Queues to see it). You also have raiser permission on the Queuesaurus Issues queue (but Admin owns it) so you can create tasks for us to do! Queues can be owned by you or a group. Multiple users can belong to a group.

It is easiest to add tasks/queues/groups using the quick add boxes at the top of the page, what it will do on hitting return will display right underneath them.
